Argor-Heraeus does not work with intermediaries or private individuals. We only serve authorized professional operators in the precious metals sector who meet regulatory requirements. For compliance and traceability reasons, requests from intermediaries cannot be considered.

All our bars are issued with an original certificate. To uphold the highest standards of security and authenticity, we do not provide duplicate certificates. If you have misplaced your certificate and need assistance, please contact your reseller.
 

We cannot confirm authenticity or origin based solely on a serial number, and we do not operate with private customers. To verify your bar, please contact your reseller or an authorized dealer. They can assist you with the necessary checks and documentation.

We offer two distinct lines of traceable gold: Small Craft and Origin Traced. Each product provides complete transparency, with detailed information about its production and source available through our online portal. You can explore both collections on their dedicated pages to learn more.

We are unable to replace damaged bars because we do not work directly with private customers. We recommend contacting your reseller for assistance. They will advise you on the best way to proceed.
